Innovative, economical, ecological
The intelligent construction of the future is solid wood - resource-friendly, climate-neutral, sustainable

In the world of modern construction, sustainability, efficiency and aesthetics take centre stage. Our innovative timber construction products - PHE profiled timber elements, MHM - Solid Timber Wall® and CLT - Cross Laminated Timber - offer you the perfect combination for the realisation of your dream solid timber house. Each of these products has unique advantages and harmonises perfectly with each other.
PHE - Profiled Timber Elements - PHE profiled timber elements are high-precision, prefabricated floor panel and ceiling elements made of high-quality timber materials. They are characterised by their outstanding stability and insulating properties. These elements are ideal for the construction of floor slabs and ceilings, as they enable quick assembly and a high degree of flexibility in planning. By using PHE profiled timber elements, you benefit from a solid construction method that provides effective thermal and sound insulation.
MHM Solid Wood Wall
The MHM Massivholzmauer® is the perfect solution for exterior, interior and load-bearing walls that offer both stability and aesthetics. These walls consist of solid wooden lamellas that are nailed together in different layers at 90 degrees to each other without the use of glue or chemicals, thus guaranteeing permeability in contrast to CLT. This creates robust walls that not only have an excellent insulating effect, but also promote a healthy indoor climate. MHM is particularly versatile and is suitable for both residential and commercial use. With MHM you can create a timeless and warm ambience that epitomises the charm of solid wood. The MHM walls can be plastered conventionally, at best with clay plaster or as exposed wood. Solid wood elements of the MHM Massivholzmauer® are somewhat more expensive than CLT and are therefore mostly used for external free-standing buildings.
CLT - Cross Laminated Timber
CLT is a revolutionary building material that is created by cross-laminating layers of wood. This technique gives CLT exceptional strength and stability, allowing it to be used for both load-bearing walls and roof structures. CLT is particularly light and allows large spans without additional supports. It is the ideal choice for realising open, spacious room concepts while enjoying the benefits of solid timber construction. CLT is mostly used for external walls in terraced houses or in the consolidation of gaps between buildings, where the external walls do not need to be open to diffusion.
Synergy of timber construction products - The combination of these three timber construction products - PHE profiled timber elements, MHM Solid Timber Wall and CLT - enables you to realise the shell of a solid timber house made entirely from solid timber that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. These products complement each other perfectly to create a comfortable, energy-efficient and stylish living environment. In addition, these solid wood elements help to reduce the carbon footprint and are an excellent example of truly sustainable construction.

The solid wood modules
Energy-saving floor panel made of PHE solid wood elements
Wooden floor slab: Ecological and mobile
The timber floor slab is an innovative and sustainable alternative to the conventional concrete slab. It follows the ecological concept of timber construction and offers numerous advantages:
Advantages of the solid wood floor slab:
Sustainability: this multi-layer construction made of wood and insulating material is placed on ground anchors (e.g. Krinner screw foundations) and remains well ventilated due to the necessary distance to the ground. This prevents the accumulation of moisture and protects the environment.
Static stability: With a thickness of around 30 centimeters, this wooden panel can support your entire house. It offers the option of directly installing the desired floor covering and, if desired, underfloor heating - without the need for screed.
Mobility: A particularly exciting advantage is the ability to transport the house with the lightweight wooden floor panel and change its location. This gives you the flexibility to move your home to a new, dream location on the Balearic Islands. Your house becomes mobile.

ALTERNATIVE:
Energy-saving concrete floor slab:
Excellent insulation: both from below and from the side, the slab is equipped with particularly effective insulation. This keeps the heat inside the house and prevents cold and damp from rising. This is particularly important in the cooler winter months on Mallorca.
Efficient underfloor heating: The option of installing underfloor heating directly in the slab makes using the room even more comfortable. The concrete also acts as a heat accumulator, distributing the cozy warmth evenly.
Fast construction time: Thanks to the special surface, the desired floor covering can be laid immediately after milling - screed and long drying times are a thing of the past. Your house can be erected just a few days after completion.
Perfect solutions for the Balearic climate
The climatic conditions on the Balearic Islands require sophisticated construction methods that efficiently manage heat, cold and humidity. The two floor slab systems ensure up to 50 percent lower energy costs, which is particularly advantageous in the hot summer months and cool winters.

The Solid Timber Outer Wall
The structure of an exterior wall consists of three zones:

-
Massiv-Holz-Mauer® (basic wall)
-
interior paneling
-
outer facade
The basic wall thickness for external walls can be selected between 20 and 25 centimeters (9-11 board layers). Thicker walls with up to 15 layers are also possible.

Die » Interior planking (e.g. visible wood, dry construction materials, clay, clay or lime plaster systems) is located directly on the Massiv-Holz-Mauer®. This is the only way for the inner planking and the wood behind it to be able to with its natural sorption capacity
(moisture buffer) and the very advantageous thermal properties optimally influence the room climate. It is also possible to install wall heating.

The building services, such as B. the electrical installation, is laid in individually prefabricated recesses (slots, holes) in the wall elements between the interior paneling and the MHM wall.
The Solid Timber Outer Wall
The structure of an interior wall consists of three zones:
-
interior paneling
-
Massiv-Holz-Mauer®
-
interior paneling
The base wall for MHM interior walls can be selected between 10 and 20 centimeters (5-7 board layers). It has inner paneling on both sides, which forms the finished wall surface. The interior paneling can be designed according to the client's preferred style (e.g. visible wood, dry construction materials, clay, clay or lime plaster systems). This layer is usually located directly on the MHM wall without an installation level. In this way, the interior planking on the Massiv-Holz-Mauer® and the wood behind it with its natural absorbent properties can serve as a moisture buffer and, with its positive thermal properties, have an optimal influence on the room climate.

The Facade
As the client, you can design the outer facade according to your wishes and in your preferred style - rural, traditional or simple and architecturally modern.
A plaster facade is applied directly to the wood fiber boards as a fabric filling. Alternatively, a very natural-looking natural diffusion-open facade cladding can be attached to a substructure.

Do you have questions about facade design?
Solid timber ceiling and roof
If you want to erect a building entirely of solid wood, you can use profiled wood elements (PHE) for the roof and ceiling constructions. They have the same positive material properties as the Massiv-Holz-Mauer® elements and influence living, living and working in the building in a similarly pleasant way.

Ceiling elements made of solid wood offer good airborne and footfall sound insulation if they are matched to the MHM wall. As a roof element, PHE has similarly good thermal properties as MHM.
The use of roof and ceiling elements made of solid wood also offers the possibility of designing these components in visible quality. This means that the ceiling is already in a finished, noble condition after installation, without any further work. The visually appealing exposed wood surface not only has architectural advantages, but can also improve the room acoustics through special profiling.
